Trip Report Viva La Wiz Part 4 Date: 08/24/08 Player: billywiz For Rooms: Caesars Palace,Red Rock, Summary: Turning The Game Content: Decided to play the 10am Red Rock tourney (friday) $105=6k chips with 40+ players real solid and only showing down winning cards built up to about 18k with av stack at 13k so all ok then hit AA on the BB with a limp + raise so gave a litle hollywood & move allin with an instant call from KK= happy days for now 30k then float at between 28k/32k for a while but done a massive suckout to take a low stack when villan had 56 suited to my a9 board comes 562 then 87 lol his head blew off after he said no river 7 dealer hehe wiz now flying !cruise to the final table and end up in a 3 way chop for $1072 each which was beter than 2nd place money and we were all about even in chips after tips im now $1230+ total for trip.Saturday i play the $330 miday tourney at Caesars with 12500 start chips + 40mins blinds and 81 players i play well in my op and at 10pm bust out 7th for another $1179 this is a great tourney and Doug the poker room manager is a top bloke!now $2350 ahead= happy days are here again! had a lazy sunday morning and off to the new room at the Hard Rock tonite,this town is the nuts :) WIZ |
