Report on Hard Rock poker room
Date: 08/23/08
Player: Tatude
For Rooms: Planet Hollywood,

Summary: Busted out by quads and donked away chip lead. Still a fun trip

Content: I just returned from Vegas andplayed tournements at two casinos. I played Planet Hollywood and liked it. Played two tournemnts and did not place in either but had a nice time. I then played at the Hard Rock on its opening day sisnce I was staying there. Pros-Very very nice room nice seats but I dont think they will last. They are adjustable and I think they will break down. Staff very friendly and attentive. Well run for the opening day with few glitches however they did cancel an advertised late night tournement at the last minute due to lack of tables. Very crowded, everyone wanted to be seen there. Lots of action at cash games, (I did not play there). A few loud drunk idiots and I think they will have to watch that. Hard Rock attracts the amature (hey everyone look at me its my first time in Vegas) crowd. The NL tournement was great. 5000 starting chips. I got knocked out bu quads one the first tournement and placed third in the second after blowing the chip lead that I had for most of the game.My fault but I still had a great time. I will be making a trip out justto play again. It was so much fun it might even keep me out of the strip clubs.
