Venetian Player Room Review Venetian top notch, Best in Vegas 09/22/08, Player: Frend Total Rating: 4.30 Room Quality Rating: 5 Room Quality Description: Beautiful room. Chairs are quite comfortable. Nice overall feel.It was really the only room I went to that had a substantial number of players. Not dead like some, even Caesars was dead. Competition Rating: 2 Competition Description: I played the Noon $150 tournaments. A lot of good solid locals mixed in with some terrible tourist players taking a shot at a bigger tournament. I also played in the 4/8 Omaha hi/lo game. Several grumpy locals in that game. you don't dare go out of turn at this game as you will get an earful.They really work at scaring of the easy money in the game. One guy berated my play when he rivered a straight flush after I flopped a Full House. Told me I should have raised him out of the hand. He was not going to fold no matter what i bet, it was limit. Really average competition. Dealer Rating: 4 Dealer Description: Excellent dealers. Saw one mistake in the 3 tournaments I played. Fast and personable. Cocktail Rating: 5 Cocktail Description: The waitresses are top notch and quite attractive. Easily could have had 4 drinks an hour if you wanted. Management Rating: 5 Management Description: Well run tournaments. Excellent and friendly Comps Rating: 4 Comps Description: $1 an hour, standard Vegas. Back to Venetian Room Review |
