Treasure Island (TI) Player Room Review Consistently a good time 07/02/08, Player: bgeorgeee Total Rating: 4.70 Room Quality Rating: 5 Room Quality Description: I always feel welcome here. The room was crowded during my three night stay with lots of action. Tournaments and cash games were very well run. I have a feeling that with some knowledge of the game there will be money to be made in 3/6 Royal hold 'em. Competition Rating: 3 Competition Description: A typical mix of players. Some sessions were very easy, others were composed of decent players. As with most low limit no limit none of the tables were too tough. Tournaments were rather easy. Made $ in 5 of 6 sessions. Dealer Rating: 5 Dealer Description: Didn't see any mistakes in six sessions. As others have pointed out the dealers are very welcoming and friendly. Having played there over the years I have come to know some and they are always fun. Kristi deserves special recognition for offering my wife a sweatshirt to wear when she was cold during a tourney. This was very a very impressive act of kindness as Kristi did not know my wife and it was clear she was just trying to make a quest comfortable. Cocktail Rating: 5 Cocktail Description: Never had to wait for something to drink; I don't drink alcohol but the Red Bulls were cold in the can and the coffee with cream & sugar was just as I liked. Management Rating: 5 Management Description: Did a great job of running the room when it was very crowded. Were will to take my cell number and call when I was on a list. Comps Rating: 5 Comps Description: $2 per hour is about as good as it gets. Won $100 for quad 10's, nice bonus in addition to the pot. Back to Treasure Island (TI) Room Review |
