Plaza Player Room Review Small but wrth it !!! 06/11/08, Player: bulldog4968 Total Rating: 3.35 Room Quality Rating: 4 Room Quality Description: This is an older room that has been moved across th casino to a new area. The look of the room is very quaint, or small but alot of action. I received a good welcome when I entered the room. Competition Rating: 2 Competition Description: The competition in this room can be very good during the sit and gos, but like anywhere you go the competition in the live games is not real fierce because of the low limits. Dealer Rating: 4 Dealer Description: I was told there were only 7 dealers in the room now and they put in 10 hour days. Over the days I was there I encountered all the dealers. I realized 4 of them were very good, and 3 were not so good. Emma couldnt deal or pitch a card for her life, and dont get a side pot with her cause the room may close before she figures it out. Al,what to say no personality!!! One more Mike, again no personality, and very stern hand signals. See Brian, Chief, Ken , and Jose. They all run efficient games , know the rules and keep the cards coming. Brian runs a tight game and will keep you entertained. Chief is like a tournament dealer kind of quiet will will flash an occasional smile if you can make him laugh. Ken, serious, not to much interaction, I like interaction!! Jose will laugh and joke with you and still runs the game well. Look for these guys and enjoy your game. Cocktail Rating: 4 Cocktail Description: Good service and alot better looking girls this time. Management Rating: 5 Management Description: Betty is the #@%*, she treats people respect and the regulars seem to love her. She has a great personality and is always available to the players. Last time I was here there was an older woman who was working with a bunch of elderly people, didnt see either of the two, mabey the game of pan is dead. It sure looked like it did cause there were no pan players there. Comps Rating: 1 Comps Description: Comps good, buffet is good, and so is the snack bar. The value is very good.
