Flamingo Player Room Review

Pretty good place to play
06/29/07, Player: cactusman

Total Rating: 3.70

Room Quality Rating: 4
Room Quality Description: Nice, large, uncrowded poker room. The only downer here was the size of the hold-em tables. They were quite small, and with 10 players, very crowded. Occasionally cards would end up under the rail, since it was not fixed to the table everywhere.

Competition Rating: 3
Competition Description: A lot of tourists, a few locals. Since I only played the 2-4 limit, I don't think any professionals would be in that game.

Dealer Rating: 4
Dealer Description: No serious blunders or errors. A bit chatty with some of the locals, slowed the game down, but hey, that's their regulars, so I couldn't complain too much.

Cocktail Rating: 4
Cocktail Description: Didn't drink here, but the cocktail waitresses came by quite regularly.

Management Rating: 4
Management Description: No problems here, was always quickly greeted and seated if a seat was available, or put on the wait list if none available. The paging system for players to take their seat could be heard maybe 40 to 50 feet, so a lot of players who were at the slots could not possibly hear their name called.

Comps Rating: 3
Comps Description: Don't know, didn't get a players card.
