Date: 07/02/09 Room: Mandalay Bay Summary: Mandalay Bay, a top tier property with a mid tier poker room, operates a card room known for its laughable laundry list of rules. A new and updated Editor review has been posted! Content: Mandalay Bay grand opened with great fanfare in 1999 and brought with it a quality poker room with nice furnishings and standard rules (at the time). Times have changed, but Mandalay has not. Mandalay Bay's poker room is known as the "Nittiet Poker Room in Vegas" due to its laughable list of unecessary rules.
