TI introduces a Treasure Wheel for Aces Cracked and several additional wheel bonuses!
TI just debuted a new promotion involving a Treasure Wheel with lots of cash payouts.

Date: 03/21/09
Room: Treasure Island (TI)
Summary: Treasure Island (TI) just introduced a new Treasure Wheel promotion in thier poker room. Wheel spins are awarded for a multitude of reasons, including pocket Aces cracked.

Content: The TI poker room just debuted a new promotion involving a colorful "Treasure Wheel".

Cash prizes range from $25 to $100 and multipliers of 2x, 3x, 4x, and 5x around the inner portion of the wheel and the cards around the outer portion.

A player wins a trip to the wheel by doing one of the following:

Gets a Royal Flush with only one card in their hand (which means they don't win a high hand jackpot)

Gets a Straight Flush with only one card in their hand (again which means they are not winning a high hand jackpot)

Gets Pocket Aces Cracked (has to play to the river)

Loses with Aces Full or better to Quads or better (both players must be using both cards in their hand and the Aces Full has to have at least one Ace in the hole)

When this happens the player with the losing hand goes to the wheel and is guaranteed at least a 2x - if their first spin is a higher multiplier then they recieve that instead of 2x
But also every player at the table goes to the wheel too!

The final way to get to the wheel is by playing at least 25 hours in the jackpot eligible games and you go to the wheel every time you get at least 25 hours (this does not mean you wait until you have 50 hours and go twice - when you go to the wheel your time tracking is reset to zero).

In addition to the above bonuses:

When a player gets to the wheel they will spin the wheel (it must go around at least twice)

If they hit a direct dollar value they win that much (in the event of the Bad Beat they will win twice that much)

If they hit a multiplier then they spin again and win the multiplier times the dollar amount hit (in the event they hit another multiplier they will spin again - only one multiplier is applied and that is the highest multiplier spun on that trip to the wheel - so if you spin a 2x, spin again and hit a 4x, spin again and hit a 3x, spin again and hit $85 you will win 4 x $85 which is the highest multiplier spun during that trip to the wheel) play....

On a players first spin if the corresponding card is one of the 20 Royal Flush cards or one of the 2 Jokers they will win the dollar amount on that space (or get the multiplier) and then they have a chance at up to $20,000!

Once the first spin is a Royal Flush card or a Joker the player will then spin again, attempting to complete the Royal Flush using any number of Jokers. If a player (within 5 spins) is able to make a Royal Flush with Jokers they win $10,000. If they do it without Jokers they will win $20,000.

In the event a player gets pocket Aces, gets an Aces Full House or even Quads, and loses then that person will get two trips to the wheel - one for Aces Cracked and the other for the Bad Beat.

+++++++

Treasure Island will continue to payout progressive Royal Flush bonuses and flat jackpot payouts for quads and straight flushes using both hole cards.
